We buy and sell a lot of trains. Scott has been in the model train business for almost 30 years now from the start in 1975 in his parent's garage. We really do enjoy the model train business and we really want you to be happy with what you buy and have an overall great experience. We obtain the majority of our trains from private collections and defunct hobby stores. We have a tremendous variety of items and it is constantly changing. Here is a look into our operation:
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM EST, excluding holidays. We are not open on weekends. If you send us questions after 4:00PM EST, your question will more than likely not be answered until the following business day. Please send your questions in at least a day before the auction ends, or on Friday for auctions that end on Sunday nights.

We operate our business with integrity and are proud of our feedback rating of 99.5%. We would really like it to be 100%, but seems several folks would prefer just to leave negative feedback instead of contacting us to resolve problems. PLEASE contact us first if you have a problem so we can correct it. Both Scott and Milinda are TCA members and Scott's membership number is 75-8067. Scott is also a member of LCCA and TTOS. Over the past four years we have posted well over 100,000 auctions.
